The model of bicycle that Gecko Bike Hire uses is the Avanti Discovery 8C. Although this bicycle may not feature on the podium at the Tour de France, it has an extremely well built aluminum frame, front suspension forks and a suspension seat post to handle the little bumps along the way. It also has a mud guard, chain guard and rear rack and comes with an 8 speed internal hub to make this bicycle very user friendly. The best features on this bicycle however, is the pannier bag and big comfortable seat!
